EBay's Billing Method Doesn't Infringe Patent, Court Rules

EBay Inc. and its PayPal unit won a patent litigation case against Netcraft, the San Jose, Calif.-based company said. The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin said eBay's and PayPal's online billing methods did not infringe on patents assigned to Netcraft, eBay said.
