La. Judge Rules Against Online Sex Solicitation Law

A judge in southwestern Louisiana has struck down a portion of the state's online sex solicitation law as unconstitutional. In a ruling from the bench, State District Judge Wilford Carter of Lake Charles sided with Ray Hatton Jr., who was arrested two years ago and charged with online solicitation of a minor, J. Rodney Baum, Hatton's attorney, said.
